We are searching for a Project Manager for a privately-owned custom manufacturer to coordinate project execution and control, resulting in the delivery of equipment that meets the customer’s specifications and is delivered with high-quality .
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate project execution from inception through the installation and warranty period
- Serve as the primary customer interface throughout to ensure the product meets customer specifications.
- Ensure documentation is organized and electronically stored to ensure long-term product support.
- Collaborate with the production leadership to develop timelines to ensure they coincide with the production plan
- Communicate technical project details to the organization and customers.
- Manage all change orders with sales to ensure final project changes
Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management preferred
- 5-7 years experience in a technical role
- On-site power generation experience and familiarity with industrial diesel and natural gas generators are a plus.
- Civil or commercial construction experience a plus
- PE Certification is a definite plus
- Able to manage multiple projects with the proven ability to build consensus and lead change
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Gantt Chart Software. Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
- Excellent administrative abilities (i.e., written and verbal communication, time management, and deadline-oriented)
