ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate Luxury Bridal Fashion Consultant to provide exceptional service to our clientele through a personalized selling approach, extensive product knowledge, and expert styling capabilities in both Bridal and Ready to Wear. This role is pivotal in personifying the Monique Lhuillier spirit, showcasing an in-depth understanding and effective communication of our brand image and products.
ABOUT YOU
- 3-5+ years of experience in a high-end luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in fashion, with a transferable client base
- Familiarity with the special-order process from Point of Sale to Alterations
- A strong appreciation for the Monique Lhuillier brand in Bridal and Ready to Wear
- Ability to articulate garment fit and construction to clients with confidence
- Enjoy engaging with customers, showcasing a vibrant and positive demeanor
- Strong insight into client needs and expectations
- Project a professional and approachable image through personal demeanor
- Commitment to company policies while serving as a brand ambassador
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with change and new business requirements
- Eager to learn and grow, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong team spirit; ready to assist with any task, big or small

- Competent in using Microsoft Office and other necessary computer systems

Pay rates may vary depending on experience, skills, and related knowledge.
