We are seeking a talented and empathetic UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer at Infinum North America, you will be instrumental in understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences, and advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, product managers, visual designers, and developers to deliver impactful solutions across various platforms and industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably within a digital product agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including research artifacts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
• Experience working on a website redesign project.
• Experience using UI kits and working with a design system.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Open to occasional travel when needed. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
