What You will Do :

• Facilitate and manage the change request process for product design and development projects.
• Work with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate and approve change requests.
• Create and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Pull drawings from database and mark up the proposed changes with redlines
• Utilize technical writing skills to develop the change problem, cause, solution, and substantiation
• Communicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
• Ensure all change requests are properly tracked and recorded.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on change request progress.
• Ensure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems related to engineering change management.
• Ensure all regulatory and quality compliance requirements are met

What You Will Bring :

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or experience with engineering changes in lieu of education

1-3 years of experience with engineering changes / change requests required

Familiarity with drawings and GD&T

Experience working in Teamcenter or similar PLM

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Work Requirements : This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Citizenship requirement : Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
