StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;10 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements :  Monday - Friday; 7a – 3p or 7a – 5p; on call required
• Required Cases : Primarily General, orthopedics, Obstetrics / Gynecology, TOCALS / VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C-sections). Ear Nose Throat, podiatry, urology, plastics, radiology, vascular, healthy pediatrics 1+ (mostly ENT)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : ALL CRNA practice
• Credentialing Timeframe : up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license : Arizona License required
