Client Overview :
Our client is looking to hire a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team in Washington DC. This not-for-profit company highly values their employees and clients with an emphasis on relationships and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, outgoing, hardworking and dependable. The position will be onsite in their DC office.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$22 $25 / hr
Position Overview :
The Administrative Assistant will take the approach that no job is too big or too small. It will be comprised of administrative tasks in supports various directors in calendar management, travel and expenses.
Additionally the Administrative Assistant role with support general office assistant type work with answering phones, organizing mail, and greeting guests.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant :
- Support basic calendar management with Directors
- Book occasional travel both domestic and international
- Manage corporate expenses
- Oversee general office administrative type tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, answering incoming calls
- Data Entry
- Managing virtual meetings
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant :
- Must be a self starter and have a go-getter personality
- Prior administrative internships or professional administrative experience required
- 1 to 2 years of prior administrative experience
- Willingness to learn and grow with a financial organization
- Positive personality
- Must exude professionalism and strong communication skills
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree is required
