About the Role

We have a full-time position for a Sr. UX / UI Designer in Scottsdale Arizona!

Reporting to the VP of Technology, the Sr. UX Designer plays a key role in shaping the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design across our web and mobile platforms. You will design intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences by applying user-centered design principles and leveraging UX research and testing insights.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in UX and UI design, with a strong track record of turning complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions. Youre passionate about user needs and continuously seek opportunities to refine and elevate the user experience across our platform.

This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user testing experiences for our platform
• Help execute long-term design and UX strategies to discover new product opportunities and drive innovation
• Create efficiencies through the implementation of design systems, standardized UI frameworks and iterative product development
• Follow best practices around user testing and research to ensure that user needs are understood and communicated, and concepts can be rapidly validated and delivered
• Take a user-centered design (UCD) approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Adhere to style standards on brand, typography and graphic design
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, performance) collaboratively with the Product team and other stakeholders and devise elegant solutions
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our users
