HW Staffing’s client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Stratford, CT. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment.
What You'll Do :
- Set up and operate machines according to job specifications and operating procedures.
- Use computer and scanning equipment to track and manage production orders accurately.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation and identify potential issues.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve machine errors to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
