Our client is a fast-growing international organization. They are seeking a Bilingual candidate to join their team on a full-time, direct-hire basis. The position is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality and environment management system. We’re seeking a dynamic candidate with experience in safety as well as in the development of quality & environmental procedures. The candidate selected will be familiar with the framework that consolidates the various management systems, enhancing efficiencies, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Another aspect of the role is to promote a safety conscious culture within the facility.
Main Responsibilities :
- Prepare & maintain the Integrated Management System (Quality and Environment), PEFC Chain of Custody System and documentation of the company.
- Prepare Non-Conformity Reports related to Product non-conformities, Process non-conformities, Customer Complaints, Internal Audits, Environmental situations, etc.
- Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken to close the nonconformity.
- Prepare customer complaints analysis and present it at the Management Review Meeting.
- Carry out Internal Audits related to Quality and Environment Management Systems, PEFC Chain of Custody Management System
- Prepare Audit Checklists, Audit Reports, Nonconformity Reports, etc. related to Internal Audits.
- Conduct quality & environmental education and training of employees within the organization.
- Identify, evaluate, determine, monitor, and report the environmental aspects, impacts, and operation control to management for actions.
- Responsible for preparing and updating the List of Equipment. QC and updating the calibration sheet.
- Responsible for calibration and verification of measuring and monitoring equipment in the company and maintaining records for the same.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining records related to waste disposal generated and ensuring that waste generated due to industrial activities are disposed of in compliance with the Ministry of Environment Regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining records related to the consumption of natural resources.
- Carry out quality control checks and environmental aspect and impact analysis in production.
- Ensure that all employees comply with the quality and environment system requirements.
- Complying with the ISO, PEFC COC standards, procedures, work instructions, and achieving Departmental Targets and Objectives.
- Identifying and diminishing potential risks and safety concerns and making sure that all employees comply with the safety requirements.
- Investigate incidents to improve safety practices.
- Effectively communicate safety information to employees and management.
