Operations Analyst - NYC

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Operations Analyst with our Asset Management financial services client in NY, NY.

This is a 6 month + right to hire position (with a potential for conversion to full-time).

This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days a week onsite.

(Tuesday-Thursday typical in office days).

Pay rate range : $30.00

• $35.00 hourly.

Summary : This role will be part of The North American Client Service operations team, a newly formed team that values excellence in client experience.

Responsibilities : Assist with several fundamental tasks impacting the account opening, maintenance, and closing of the firm's clients.

Additional tasks will include Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Reporting, ad hoc operational requests (such as following the process to withdraw funds).

Requirements : 1-3 years' experience of experience within financial services.

Basic understanding of financial products.

Client Service Approach.

Time management and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Ability to multi-task, able to work independently, comfortable asking questions / follow up as needed.

Ability to interact directly with external clients in verbal and written communication.

Bachelor's degree required.
