Are you passionate about driving innovation in genetic testing and personalized medicine? Novion Genomics, a leader in cutting-edge molecular diagnostics, is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our expanding team.

Novion Genomics specializes in advanced genetic testing solutions, offering comprehensive services in pharmacogenetics, hereditary cancer screening, liquid biopsy, blood chemistry testing, and toxicology. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers and patients with actionable genetic insights to enhance treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Position Overview :

As a Sales Associate at Novion Genomics, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, clinics, and institutions to promote our innovative genetic testing services. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of precision medicine while advancing your career in healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities, including physicians, genetic counselors, and laboratory directors.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and value of Novion Genomics' testing solutions.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in healthcare or biotech sales, preferably in genetic testing or diagnostics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
