Support staff : director of oncology and infusion services clinical RN supervisor support staff supervisor 9 oncology RNs 2 nurse navigators 4 medical assistants clerical staff for check in and check out pharmacist pharmacy tech

Coverage Type : full time

Schedule Details : Monday-Friday 8a-4 : 30p 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Board Certifications Req’d / Preferred : BC in Hem / Onc required

State Licenses : PA preferred but will consider IMLC

Years of Experience Req’d : 1-2

Credentialing Timeframe : full privs take 60-90 days. Temps can be granted.

Willing To License? : IMLC only

Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour 08 : 00 - 16 : 30

1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)

Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
