Premier Talent Advisors is proud to assist our client in hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees (including California) with precision and confidentiality
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to support seamless payroll operations

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-state environment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
