Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM or 9 : 00AM 6 : 00PM

Pay Rate : $26 / hour

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities

• Process bi-monthly, multi-site payroll from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Handle payroll-related deductions, including garnishments, liens, child support, and voluntary deductions
• Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Partner with Human Resources on employee pay and benefits matters
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure payroll data integrity
• Support audits, special projects, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
