\nPay Rate : $17.80 per hour

\nThis is a long-term opportunity.

\n What’s a typical day as a Customer Advocate? You’ll be :

\n- Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.

\n- Engaging in provider outreach and making informed decisions to address customer questions effectively.

\n- Performing data entry and utilizing your typing skills to manage inquiries and maintain records.

\n-Medical Records Remote Retrieval

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

\n- Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.

\n- Possess experience in provider outreach and have strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.

\n- Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities, along with data entry experience.

\n

\n Preferred qualifications include :

\n- 1 year of customer service experience and 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.

\n- Familiarity with healthcare providers and knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.

\n- Referral preference will be given to applicants who can take and meet testing criteria.

\n
