$110,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

As a Pre-Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include :

  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support discovery calls, deliver compelling and tailored product demos, and answer platform-related questions
  • Customize demo environments and showcase workflows that align with each prospect's unique challenges and goals
  • Act as a product expert in the sales process, helping prospects understand how vivenu's platform can solve their problems and drive impact
  • Build buyer confidence by aligning vivenu's capabilities with their priorities and demonstrating tangible value
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to continuously refine demo assets, messaging, and positioning
  • Share insights and feedback from prospects to help influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to bring meaningful context to your conversations

What you will need to succeed in this role :

  • 2+ years in a pre-sales, demo-led, or product-focused sales role at a SaaS company
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills — you simplify the complex and inspire confidence
  • A consultative approach : you're curious, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy solving customer challenges
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in fast-moving, collaborative environments
  • Familiarity with concepts like APIs or integrations is a bonus, but no technical background is required
