Sales Lead

Our client, a leading consumer electronics brand specializing in smart home appliances and innovative cleaning solutions, is seeking a Sales Lead to join their team. As a Sales Lead, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry trends and store offerings.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, supporting merchandising and inventory management.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as opening and closing the store, processing transactions, and supporting promotional events.

What's Needed?

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales, is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and handle cash transactions securely.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, supporting diverse customer interactions.
