What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years estimating commercial renovation and / or pre-construction management (industrial / mechanical experience preferred).
- Proven experience with conceptual budgets, detailed takeoffs, negotiated work, and bid strategy.
- Knowledge of subcontractors, scopes, sequencing, and the Cleveland market.
- Strong in all forms of written, verbal, and in the room communication.
- Able to manage multiple pursuits and bids without dropping the ball.
- Experience with self-performed trades is a big plus.
