Lead Steward
Starting at $17.00 Hour
The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a full-time Lead Steward with Banquet experience. Are you an energetic, get-it-done person who is looking for full-time work? Reporting to the Site Manager, the Lead Steward directs and manages cleaning staff and is responsible for delivering the highest quality service to the client. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of janitorial leadership experience in a large complex facility/organization is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the English language.
Ability to work varied and flexible shifts when required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and squatting is required. Frequent light lifting of 40 pounds is required.
