Senior Performance Partner

Come join Intuit’s People and Places team as a Senior Performance Partner! Our Performance Partner team’s purpose is to elevate managers and leaders to support them in driving a high performance culture while ensuring that the employee experience is compassionate and fair for everyone. The Performance Partner team is part of the People Experience Team within our People & Places organization.

The People Experience Team is transforming the employee experience by building AI-assisted digital experiences and elevating the human partnership to provide the best support for the moments that matter. This role will report to the Senior Manager of our Performance Partner team. This role has a U.S. case focus with learning opportunities to grow international experience.

This role will be hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in our Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance related matters end-to-end
• Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to recommend the appropriate outcomes that balance the needs of the business and employee experience.
• Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contributes to ongoing improvements
• Build capability for managers and employees through casework
• Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities
• Consistently applies Intuit’s policies and standards to situations
