Job Description

Vuori is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to lead the strategy, design, and execution of comprehensive compensation programs across our growing global retail organization. This role is a critical member of the Total Rewards team and will partner closely with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and Vuori leadership to ensure compensation programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with Vuori's values and high-performance culture.

What you'll get to do :

• Partner to develop and evolve Vuori's compensation philosophy and strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, internal equity, and market competitiveness across retail, distribution, and corporate functions.
• Lead company-wide compensation programs including base pay structures, short- and long-term incentives, and recognition initiatives) to ensure internal equitability and market competitiveness. Regularly review and update salary ranges based on market trends and organizational needs.
• Act as a partner to stakeholders to provide compensation guidance for hiring across the business.

The salary range for this role is $160,000 per year - $200,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
