JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our One Medical GL Accounting team. The role is fully remote with a requirement to work standard hours of 8-5, with possible overtime during month-end close weeks, through the end of 2025. This position is critical to ensure accurate financial reporting and operations as our previous team member is on extended leave.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Conduct regular general ledger tasks, including cash journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis.
• Assist with financial reporting and forecasting.
• Work cooperatively in a remote team environment to complete month-end close processes efficiently.
• Continuously improve and streamline accounting processes and procedures.

Must have Skills :

Industry Experience Required :

CPA certification is a plus, though not required.

Prior experience in a GL accounting role, ideally within the healthcare or similar industry.
