Responsibilities :

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) : Assess clients' behavior and develop comprehensive FBA reports to guide intervention planning.

Develop and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) : Create effective behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Virtual Consultation : Provide high-quality virtual consultation services using VocoVision's secure and user-friendly platform.

Collaborate Remotely : Work collaboratively with educational teams, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to behavior intervention.

Data Analysis : Regularly review and analyze data to assess the progress of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

Qualifications :

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• MassachusettsSchool Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• School experience preferred
• Familiarity with virtual service delivery and telepractice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
• Must pass a VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of the platform Zoom)

• Computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
• Dedicated and quiet workspace.
• Proficiency in using telepractice platforms (training provided if needed).
