Program Manager
Location : Seatac, WA 98198 Duration : 12 Months
The Program Manager IV is a senior-level role responsible for driving strategic, high-impact programs that span multiple business units, geographies, or product lines. This role requires extensive experience in program management, executive leadership, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. The Program Manager IV works closely with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define program goals, optimize processes, and ensure business success.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). 7-10+ years of experience in program / project management, business operations, or a related leadership role. Extensive expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, SAFe, etc.). Proven experience leading large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.). Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification (PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and performance measurement (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.). Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.). Experience in managing global programs, M&A integration, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
