We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who is well-versed in managing full-cycle payroll operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing payroll processes and utilizing ADP Workforce Now for accurate and efficient payroll management.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, maintaining data integrity and troubleshooting system issues as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation and distribution of employee wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, audits, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Implement improvements to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
- Address payroll-related issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Proven experience in payroll management and full-cycle payroll processes.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations.
- Solid understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
