Qualifications and Requirements :

• Willingness to actively participate in all classroom activities.
• Experience in maintaining an organized and clean classroom environment, both during and after activities.
• A vibrant and positive demeanor, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Commitment to professionalism, even in challenging situations.
• Ability to create and maintain an engaging, clean, and interactive learning space.
• Clean Criminal Background Check.
• A natural affinity for the outdoors and a willingness to get hands-on and messy with kids.
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Convenient access to commute to our location.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with STEAM, Waldorf, Reggio, or Montessori approaches is a definite advantage.
• Interests in Gardening, Nature, Dancing, and Yoga are considered valuable assets.

Compensation :

We pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation that consistently exceeds industry rates. Full-time Assistant Teachers can expect HOURLY RATES STARTING AT $18, commensurate with experience and work schedule.
