OrthoNY is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a professional, compassionate, and efficient manner.

$5,000 sign-on bonus!

40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Pay is based on years of experience

General Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be instrumental in generating high-quality diagnostic medical radiographs, contributing significantly to the accuracy of diagnoses and the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Document an appropriate patient history containing pertinent patient information regarding their condition and including patient limitations;
• Prepare patient for procedure providing instruction and education;
• Select and operate equipment; recognize essential condition for successful completion of procedure;
• Perform Medical Assistant duties when required such as cast removal, stitches and staple removal, dressing changes and other patient needs;
• Assisting physician in patient care as requested;
• Other responsibilities as needed.
