Job Summary
Hours : Flexible (Core hours are 6 : 00 a.m. 6 : 00 p.m.).
Required : Current DMA; Active Directory, Windows 7 and / or 10, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
Desired : RH
Please note : This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph
Responsibilities and Duties
Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
Providing support for network and Active Directory Administration
Lotus Notes and Domino Administration and account provisioning
Performing remote desktop triage and system repair using remote tools.
Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.
Managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
Supporting customers account provisioning system / MIMS, ability to multi-task, good verbal / written skills, customer relations
Experience Needed :
- Citizenship : Must Be a US Citizen
- Existing Clearance Required : Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
- Minimum of 3 years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated IT close support experience
- Current DMA
