Own and manage the governance and change-management processes for key organizational platforms.

• Maintain platform consistency compliance and integrity across all users.
• Oversee the central operational issue tracker related to compliance and data integrity ensuring all issues are properly logged prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine data and process audits to validate ADOM data accuracy and enforce policy adherence.
• Manage and update critical internal communication materials on a regular basis to support weekly briefings and stakeholder sessions.
• Proactively identify operational gaps inefficiencies bottlenecks and risks.
• Recommend and support automation tooling improvements and process optimization opportunities.
• Lead initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency accuracy and scalability.
