What You'll Do :

Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at optimizing our fulfillment network, including labor planning, inventory placement, and new technology implementations.

Conduct in-depth analysis of fulfillment center performance data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.

Partner with fulfillment operations leadership and cross-functional teams to implement new processes and best practices across the network.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor network health and track the success of strategic initiatives.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Need :

6-8 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or logistics leadership role.

Proven experience in fulfillment center operations or a large-scale distribution network.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

A track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
