Job Summary : The Quality Analysis / Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire quality management system within the manufacturing facility. This role involves developing and implementing quality policies and procedures, managing a team of quality professionals, and ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations. The Quality Manager conducts regular audits, reviews quality performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing quality documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on quality performance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Quality Analysis :
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to establish quality goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records
• Train and mentor team members on quality analysis techniques and processes
• Quality Control :
• Establish and oversee quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or quality issues
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
• Team Management :
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support
• Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies

Qualifications :

The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
