What We're Looking For :

• Compassionate and patient-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrates initiative and adaptability across nursing units
• 2 years of recent acute care experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Louisiana RN licensure
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient safety, and infection control standards

What You Will Do :

Improve the quality of life of patients and families by coordinating care processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services.
