POSITION SUMMARY :
The Coat Check Attendant is required to provide speedy and accurate service to our guests when handling their personal belongings in a fast paced pool / nightclub environment. The coat check attendant is friendly while dealing with guests, answers questions and tenders checks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in a high volume pool / night club atmosphere. Works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service at all times.

Guest Service / CommunicationsHangs and organizes coats and other guest belongings within the designated order systemRecords and maintains guests checked-in belongings through a ticketing systemResponsible for control of coat check tickets and proper care and custody of guest garmentsReturns personal belongings to guests in an orderly and efficient mannerRespond to Guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerRefers all unusual requests to Manager for proper handlingProcesses all payments including room charges, cash, credit card, comps etcAnticipate Guest needsAdhere to all COMPANY Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain all COMPANY Sequence of Service StandardsGreet all Guests promptly, with a friendly and upbeat attitudeProvide information to Guests regarding our venues, menus and pricingRecognize and cultivate regular Guests and repeat businessMaintain line of sight / atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shiftAbility to communicate in English with Guests and co-workersProvide Guests with information and directionsCASH HANDLING
Prepare Guest checks through POS terminal functionsProcess Guest payment by cash, credit card, venue comps and all other appropriate tender typesObtain and return issued bank each day, count the bank and ensure it balancesPrepare the proper reporting forms for the day with name, date, shift and outletStock Coat Check Attendant station with proper suppliesResponsible for following proper check out proceduresMARKETING / PROMOTIONS
Focuses on the development of a personal clientele listMarkets HK Group venues on personal viral social mediaMarketing and promoting venue specific events both on propertyCLEANLINESS
Keep area clean and free of debris throughout shiftKeep area organizedEnsure nightly / weekly and opening / running / closing duties are completedRecord and report any equipment failure and / or safety hazards to a manager immediatelyRESPONSIBILITIES / TEAMWORK / DEPARTMENT

High School Diploma Required or equivalentProof of eligibility to work in the United States0-3 years of experience in hospitality working in a high volume restaurant21+ years of ageMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standardsPossession of / or ability to possess a valid NV Alcohol awareness card and NV Health CardWORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS :
