Novant Health Resource Team is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Internal Staffing Office! Schedule : Four 10hr shifts 11a-9p Location : Presbyterian Medical Center Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. What We're Looking For Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit / Dept Specific Required Certifications. Additional Skills (required) : Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
