Responsibilities

The UHS Behavioral Health division has an opportunity for a Outpatient Program Assistant . At Rolling Hills Hospital , we offer behavioral health services for Adolescents, Adults, Adults with dual diagnoses, and Older Adult / Geriatrics. The Outpatient Program Assistant oversees general clerical and support functions for the outpatient programs at Rolling Hills Hospital. Responsible for maintaining overall office organization, supplies, and medical record audits and upkeep. Includes monitoring patient attendance, follow up and referral calls, data entry, discharge planning, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education / Licensure / Certification :

• Minimum requirement high school diploma
• Prefer bachelor's degree in health care, mental health, recreational therapy, education, or human growth & development
• Current HWC and CPR Certification
