Position Summary :

As our Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a part of a knowledgeable and well-diverse engineering team who loves to have fun and get stuff done! You will play a key role in overseeing engineering design specifications and other engineering processes. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix / low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Must know how to apply Engineering knowledge and related codes and standards in analyzing and developing effective assembly systems, generating specifications, and delivering technical presentations to clients
• 3-5 years of engineering experience
• Must have In-depth knowledge of highly technical engineering principles and processes in the mil / aero industry
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required

Pay Transparency :

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 (DOE) per year. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
