Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
- Client Consultation : Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation : Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
