Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Career Stormwater Engineer to join our Stormwater Practice in our Wenatchee, WA office.This is a full-time position that will collaborate with project managers, clients, and other engineers to complete cutting edge projects to restore and protect water quality and fish and wildlife habitat. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaboration and mentoring are cornerstones of Geosyntec's culture. We operate under a sell-manage-do culture, allowing you the opportunity to work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on a mix of technical project deliverables, as you develop your skills into tackling more project management, client relationship management, and business development efforts. Some of the key responsibilities for this role may include :

• Complete in-field stream condition evaluations, drainage system inventories, basin delineations, and stormwater and stream restoration project site assessments;
• Set up, run, and analyze hydrologic and hydraulic models of natural and constructed drainage systems;
• Prepare conceptual stormwater and stream restoration designs in GIS, and then use AutoCAD to prepare construction drawings;
• Provide construction management support for stormwater, habitat restoration, and erosion and sediment control projects;
• Analyze state and federal stormwater quality regulations and standards and provide stormwater compliance support to municipal, industrial, and construction site clients;
• Help prepare comprehensive stormwater management plans, stormwater master plans, and stormwater pollution prevention plans;
• Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.

This opportunity will be posted for at least five days. Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified location(s) below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
