Senior Project Manager, Unified Communications

Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager, Unified Communications to join our team in Belcamp, MD. This position is responsible for providing oversight, guidance, and direction to all contracted team members supporting Unified Communications technologies for a federal agency. This role ensures the successful management of the UC contract effort, encompassing project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and control of all collaborative activities. This lead will play a critical role in representing the team to leadership, creating essential reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide oversight, guidance, direction, and leadership to all contracted team members assigned to Unified Communications support.
• Deliver briefings to leadership and create reports and documentation on demand.
• Ensure compliance with deliverables and serve as the interface between the federal agency and the team members.
• Bear overall responsibility for the success of the UC contract team effort, including managing staff and project phases.
• Assist in the creation of UC guidelines, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Possess a good understanding of all UC systems, architecture, technologies, and related activities.
• Provide recommendations to the team and the federal agency's Federal team on unified communications activities and actions.
