Key Responsibilities

Search and examine public records to determine a property's title status

Review documents affecting property title, including mortgages and deeds

Make insurability decisions based on title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years in the title insurance business

Strong understanding of the general title process and related documentation

Experience with County Government websites and title software applications

Good research skills and knowledge of legal terms affecting real property
