Client with locations in Centennial, CO is seeking a Windows System Administrator with security expertise for a contract to hire position. This person will focus on improving client's security posture as it relates to both virtual and on-prem Windows systems. They will also assist with supporting, troubleshooting, and implementing Windows systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows system administration with a focus on security.
• Manage VMware (DRS / HA) and on-prem environments.
• Develop automation with PowerShell.
• Utilize SCCM for system management.
• Apply networking concepts (UDP / TCP) as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain and pursue relevant security certifications.
• Work with storage tools and backup / recovery solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and implementation of Windows systems to improve security posture.
