Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with technical expertise in software development or engineering.
They will be responsible for driving project success by managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Planning : Lead the development of project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Allocation : Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project needs and optimize efficiency.
- Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.
- Communication : Facilitate communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and presentations as needed.
- Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Assurance : Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Management : Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assessing impacts and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Resolution : Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant artifacts.
- Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance team performance.
Qualifications :
- degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- years in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
- communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- expertise in software development, engineering, or related field, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
