We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities include

Process vehicle titles and registrations for 40-50 vehicles a month.

Verify accuracy of all documentation including title applications, bills of sale, and odometer statements.

Submit title paperwork to the appropriate state agencies.

Maintain accurate records of all title transactions.

Resolve title issues such as missing or incorrect information.

Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies as needed.

Ensure compliance with all DMV regulations and dealership policies.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

Knowledge of DMV title and registration procedures.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with dealership management system Dealer Track is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve title discrepancies.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in automotive title processing or dealership administration is highly desirable.
