Schedule + Pay

8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM | Monday - Friday (Overtime is available)

Pay | $18 - $20 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent + Prior experience with food service + Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite + The ability to lift 15 pounds & to stand for long periods of time

Customer Service Representative Duties

• Professionally interact with clients via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
• Assist customers in making selections based on their needs.
• Record orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Use critical thinking skills to deliver solutions.
