Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Generative AI and Data Science to lead client engagements, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and drive the success of AI-driven transformation programs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to translate complex AI solutions into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI / ML and GenAI engagements , ensuring alignment with client goals, scope, and timelines.
• Partner with clients to define use cases, success metrics, and AI strategy for enterprise adoption.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design and implement scalable GenAI and data solutions.
• Manage project governance, financials, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Translate complex AI and data insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Ensure delivery excellence by enforcing quality standards, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and data technologies to guide clients effectively.
