P2P is hiring : UI / UX Designer - Real Money Gaming & Licensed Products in Orlando

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative contract UI / UX Designer to shape the next generation of real money gaming experiences and bring licensed products to life in digital form. The ideal candidate combines strong product design skills with deep knowledge of compliance-driven environments and the unique challenges of RMG and licensed content. You’ll be at the center of designing interfaces that are not only beautiful and engaging but also trusted, secure, and aligned with strict regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Product Flows - Design seamless, intuitive flows for RMG products, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and results. Balance engagement and trust — making sure users feel both excited to play and safe to transact.

Interface & Visual Design - Create compelling visual assets for licensed brands, respecting IP guidelines while adding innovative, user-first design. Build modular design systems and component libraries for scalability across multiple RMG titles.

Compliance & Accessibility - Ensure that UI patterns comply with RMG industry regulations (responsible gaming notices, age-gating, KYC flows, etc.). Incorporate accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity across diverse player bases.

Collaboration & Delivery - Partner with product, engineering, licensing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution. Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable designs ready for development.

Testing & Optimization - Conduct usability testing and A / B experiments to improve engagement, retention, and monetization while maintaining compliance. Iterate rapidly on feedback and analytics to fine-tune game economy touch points, onboarding flows, and reward systems.

Qualifications

4+ years in UI / UX design, with proven experience in real money gaming or adjacent industries (casinos, fantasy sports, sports betting, lotteries, or fintech).

Familiar with licensed product design — integrating third-party brand assets within regulated environments.

Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Understanding of compliance workflows (KYC, AML, responsible gaming).

Ability to work across cross-functional teams, including compliance / legal, and external license holders.

Experience designing for mobile-first gaming experiences.

Knowledge of gamification mechanics for engagement.

Exposure to Web3, blockchain-based RMG products, or digital collectibles.
