AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line *Certified Nursing Assistants to service our clients for Hospice in the Phoenix AZ and surrounding areas.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen / clear background
