About The Position

A respected rural health system in West Tennessee is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB Fellowship training (or equivalent C-section experience) to join its award-winning OB team in Tennessee . This role offers full-scope autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a balanced lifestyle in a supportive, physician-led environment—just a short drive from major metros.

Practice & Position Highlights :

Full-scope FM-OB : prenatal, delivery (low / moderate risk), primary C-sections
Award-winning OB unit (statewide & Harvard Team Birth recognition)
No VBAC management or high-pressure GYN expectations
Dedicated OB OR with 24 / 7 in-house anesthesia
Optional 4-day workweek and flexible clinic hours
Transparent leadership, supportive nursing staff, and zero tolerance for egos

Compensation & Perks :

Competitive base salary

Sign-on bonus + relocation package (negotiable)

Up to $100K in loan repayment

5 days + CME allowance

403(b) with employer match (up to 6%)
