Job description
Account Executive – Infusion Therapy Sales (Memphis Territory)
Location: Memphis, TN (including Germantown, Jackson, and Union City)
Base Salary: $100,000–$140,000 + Commission
Industry: Infusion Therapy / IVIG Sales
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive growth by selling infusion therapy services to specialty clinics, including those in Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology. If you're passionate about improving patient outcomes and thrive in a competitive sales environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clinics across the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and key clinic stakeholders.
  • Sales Execution: Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our client’s services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and therapeutic advancements to position our client as a top provider.
  • Collaboration: Provide regular customer feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
  • Territory Coverage: Travel throughout Memphis, Germantown, Jackson, and Union City to maintain a strong regional presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in specialty clinic environments (GI, Neuro, Derm, RA, etc.).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
