We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who's not only sharp with tools and troubleshooting-but also loves customer interaction and knows how to spot opportunities to help. What You'll Do :
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Build trust and rapport with customers through honest communication
- Educate clients on system conditions and recommend the best solutions
- Present add-on products and services with integrity (filters, IAQ, accessories, etc.)
- Complete service tickets accurately and efficiently using mobile tools
- Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment

2+ years of HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationStrong people skills and a friendly, confident communication styleSales-minded with a passion for helping customers find the right solutionsClean, valid driver's license and insurable driving recordTech-savvy with mobile tools and service softwareWork Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week), may include some evenings / weekends
